Just got the TS 55 EQ, 2700/2 guide rail, midi vac and MFT table...Basically, just took the plunge after a lot of research.  Received everything today, and so far so good.  Here's my question.  The south florida humidity has been absolute murder on my tools.  Wondering how well everything will hold up, especially the black strips on the guide rails and the hose to the midi.  Seems like most of the tools are aluminum so hopefully rust is not an issue.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

I live in Houston Tx.  It is not as humid as Miami, south Fl, but I keep my tools in my garage. I don't have AC so all the humidity in in the garage and the TS, blade, rails and hoses no problem.

Festool routers in the other hand, they are very susceptible to rust.

I live in Charleston, SC an we could give you a run for your money when it comes to humidity.  No issues whatsoever with the guide rails or splinter guards.  They spend every day in the back of my covered truck. You'll be fine.

Fellow Houstonian here too.  I toss a large moisture absorbing bag in my systainers.  No idea if it helps, but at least I feel like I'm trying.  Wish I could do the same with my table saw/jointer/bandsaw.
