Iam going to be spraying my trim and was going to mask off the walls for over spray but I need to repaint the room. Should I spray the primer  and not worry about over spray ,then tape off for the top coat as it will be an acrylic paint. The walls are white but I am thinking of changing the color and trim is going to be white.

Hi Mike

I'd mask off for the primer and paint.

That will save you from having to scuff sand all those perimeters. Over spray can cause flashing and coverage issues with the wall paint. Best to avoid. HVLP I assume?

Iam going to be using hvlp. I have the fuji mini mite 4. I have sprayed the acrylic before and really like the outcome .
