Hi,

I recently completed this feature wall.  Stackstone installed with Omni Grip adhesive.

I cut the mantle with my Kapex.

I used all my sanders.  I used the LS130 to round over the edges.

I used my TS75 to cut a rebate in the mantle, to rest on the stone.

The mantle is ABW.  No tariff paid on the wood even though it is American.

Arm r seal was the finish.

I hope you like it.

Brian

Very nice, I like the sapwood in the walnut mantle.  Thank you for sharing.  Bill

Very nice.  I am having trouble understanding what you meant by the rebate that rests on the stone.  Did you insert some kind of metal bar into a groove that you cut with the TS75 and use it to attach to the stone?
