Stair Glides for the UG cart

Has anyone discovered stair glides for the UG cart? I would have made going down four flights with the cart much easier, yesterday.  Thanks.

I wonder if sticking some of the green teflon strip for the guide rails would work?

I need more of a curve than that, Tom.  I love the UG Miter Station...it's way too difficult getting down flights of stairs.

I remove the saw and mount (by turning the green knobs) from the UG cart and carry it. I'm 6'1 and the handle/leg is just to low for me to be comfortable moving it up and down stairs. I found carrying the saw and mount then the stand/cart easier.

I think you're right on this...I was wondering the same thing as I schlepped this thing down over 100 stairs. Next time, I will just carry it. I was again surprised how light the Kapex was when  I first mounted it on to the UG cart.

Just be careful the first time you remove the unit from the cart. The leg will fall.
