Would like to see if anyone has recommendations/ warnings on AAA paint sprayers. The majority of the time I use waterborne paints, polyurethane and waterborne lacquer. Will be used to spray cabinets and furniture.
Cheers

We have a Kremlin 10-14 pump with the MVX gun and I have been quite happy with it. I don't use water base but I am told the 10-14 pumps don't work well with water base because of a shear issue that introduces micro bubbles into the finish. The new Kremlin pumps are designed to eliminate this problem.
I have heard good things about the CAT AAA systems & they are less money than the Kremlin but have never had the opportunity to try one out . I should mention that I am shop based .
I think quick parts delivery and service is very important with these systems.
I have a Kremlin EOS (10:1) with the Excite gun and love it. I spray pigmented conversion varnish only with it and it produces an amazing finish. I also just this week ordered a CA Bobcat to spray clear CV only. You can switch between the 2 but it's pretty risky if you are spraying something with a dark stain. Really easy to get specs in your finish.
I should have the CA pump early next week and I'll try and get back with you as to which one I like the best. I bought the CA because a good friend of mine is a just started rep'ing CA products and I got a sweet deal on it. And the tips are interchangeable.
Are you going to be using this shop only or need to be mobile?
