Ok, guys. I know a lot of you have wanted to know how to find out about new classes when they're offered without checking the forum. Some of you have sent me your email addresses so you can be added to a "waiting list". Well, I am finally putting together something better than what we've used in the past for end user training classes.

http://www.festooltraining.com/subscribe/

Go to this website and subscribe. We'll send you an automatic email notification once new classes are scheduled that you're interested in. The site's not totally finished. Shortly, you'll be able to sign up for the classes on this site as well.

Thanks!
Shane

It's about time.  What do you do all day at work? [big grin]

Well, I usually stroll in around 10:30a. Play with some tools for an hour. Leave for lunch. Come back and give Rick and Sedge a hard time. Then, I leave early to make up for coming in late.

I attended 2 of the training classes. Both times Shane would show up about 10:30, hang around the classroom lab, eat lunch with us, give Brian and Steve a hard time and then disappear!!!!!    [scratch chin] [poke]

Haha, myself and another guy on my team often make comments about having to leave early because one of us came in late.  Seems perfectly logical to me!  [smile]

I wonder if Shane does that bit with the bird seed on his keyboard and the window open so when Christian walks by it sounds like he's "pecking" away at the keyboard, hard at work.

Just a friendly reminder for anyone who didn't see this announcement about our new end user training website (and my work habits). Please be sure to subscribe if you're interested in end user training at http://www.festooltraining.com/subscribe. I'll be listing some new dates in the next few days.

Edit: Sorry, the forum messes up links that have a period after them. Fixed now.

Shane,

How about opening a classroom in the Sunny South? Indiana's a "fer piece" to drive from Atlanta or Miami........

There are plans to offer training online via webcasts and possibly team up with a couple of dealers to take these classes on the road. But, I don't have a time frame when either of those will happen. We definitely recognize the desire of those who are "geographical challenged".

Hey, considering the climate in Indiana vs Georgia I think there might be some doubt as to exactly WHO is "geographically challenged"...  [big grin]

But our winter so far reminds me a lot of the couple I experienced at Great Lakes so I guess I shouldn't say too much.

Anyway, just looking to save a little gas, reduce greenhouse emissions, do my part for global warming and all that...  [wink]

Thanx,
Bill
