It's probably cost-prohibitive to ship something like that, but I would offer to make you a 1/4"MDF template.
All you would need is a router and suitable bushing.......oh, and the plywood.
This way, you can put those pockets anywhere you need. (Pull-outs, shelves, a slab on top of a non-Festool vac. etc)
