Love these!!!  Just threw some electrical supplies for small jobs together. I'm using one for pocket joinery, screws, pneumatics etc. how's everyone else setting these up?  Looking for reasons to get a few more.

nice! i really enjoy using the sys storage for my electricals and tool box

I currently have 4 of them and the tackle box.  They work great for organizing my truck.  I have one for screws, hangers, nails, and miscellaneous.

I have one also,it has my pex plumbing parts.
I use clincher bags for my screws, but may get one more for my cabinet screws.

I switched out the compartments for the yellow ones and use it to hold fasteners

I have been fighting real hard resisting the purchase of a few of these myself. I actually had them in my hands at my local Woodcraft the other day for like the tenth time and put them back before making my way to the counter. I had like $160 worth of wood dye and finishing products i was purchasing that i had to have to complete a project along with five BF of quarter sawn curly teak in my truck that i had just spent $260 on. The allotted money was spent at the lumber yard nevermind the  $160 finishing products.

At the moment i use the dewalt boxes. If it was not for systainers having taken over my shop since turning on to Festool i would not even consider theses. The fact is these boxes are perfect for fasteners. I just have yet to get myself to spend $200 on a couple containers to hold my screws. Everytime i pack my tools to go onsight i curse that i have yet to just splurge and purchase a couple of these. That giant Dewalt box just throws off my whole truck packing feng shui...

Jealous!

I have moved most of my tools to either the Sys or the Tough boxes, where I live the Tough boxes work great for things going between site & home where rain maybe an issue ( rain is always an issue ). but in the shop the Sys win out 2 to 1. Sys 1 get all the small single tools, the Tough XL get the groups of tools ( ie; sanders, routers & trim tools ). The minis are starting to get a lot of use lately, inside Sys 1 to hold smaller bit & pieces & on their own holding special tools ( honing jigs & the like ). I have all the small stuff in the cantalever boxes for now ( wish FT made that type of box, so it could stack with the others )

I have one that came filled with Spax screws that I got for a great price a while back.  I really like it but it is hard for me to justify the price. I've bought half a dozen of these from HF to hold all the misc. screws, nails, nuts, etc. in my shop. Hard to beat the price when they are on sale and you can use a 20% off coupon too.

They also stack together nicely.

I haven't tried any of the slightly larger storage containers from HF but they look decent too.

Carrying on with my quest to organize my small bits and pieces in the mini systainers I purchased recently, I've now moved on to organizing some of my non Festool power tools in the larger systainers.  First up was my Arbortech Power Chisel.  I used the Festool router bit insert as my guide for the template pattern, however, this tool/insert is going into a classic systainer so the middle back is shaped differently than the T-Loc Systainers.  Wanting only one template with plans for making more inserts for some T-Loc systainers later, I wasn't concerned with the gap.  Still, made for a pretty accurate and tight fit.  This insert was made from Kaizen foam.  Next week I will go to the foam store and buy some thicker foam for my other systainers, hopefully will be more cost effective....

I love sys boxes. I seem to buy one every time I reup my Fastner supply. I only have 3 one vacation with me but the first one I used was for my nail guns. The nail gun bin also houses oil, eyes and ears, as well as tools and parts to repair replace hoses and fittings. Next up was the need to always need To have my supply of lags on site in an unforeseen circumstance. The third was the result of having a bunch of cabinet installs coming up in the next few months. I have a few more at my shop for cabinet hinges, door pieces. I have 4 of the Stanley bins full of different legth and finishes of door screws that someday will make it to a symbol but needing $300 worth of bins, they may need to be purchased one at a time

Stop reminding me of how much they cost hah,

I love my sys1 box, it's hard to explain to people how they are that much better than the stanley equivalent. Same with all the systainer's I bought, I think they're the best product festools makes (for my needs anyway).

I've got 3 sys1's to store my fasteners in.
One problem, the systainer with the nails in it is pretty heavy.
I'll have to find something to solve that problem.

X2 on the heavy nail box. With all the brads from 1/4 - 2", pinners, finish at 2 1/2 and staples the box does get heavy. But when you loc it to a sys 4 with all of the guns it evens out.

They just fit in my truck so well, price doesn't matter.
