Here is what I did with one of my Amazon t locs. I have another one I am going to make a custom insert for as well. That one is still in the planning stages.

I like your box design. Any idea how much it weighs?

Thank you! Not sure...I can weigh it tomorrow.  Its all mdo plywood 1/2" so its not to bad.

        Pretty neat the way you used two layers to shape the upper portion around the center of the Systainer.

Thanks Seth! I made a paper template of the base first, routed out the reliefs, and then the rest was an unplanned development...lol.

I also used my new Domino to make the drawer with 4mm dominos and to attach the upper sides.

That's amazing but how does the drawer function? Do you have to take the whole thing out of the systainer to access it?

You could cut the face of the systainer and reattach it to your drawer front so that it can be pulled without removing (you probably did that but I can't see it in the pics)

Thanks! The drawer just slides out. Its sized a bit smaller and its a friction fit. You do have to lift it out to access the drawer which doesnt bother me. I can't say I would cut the systainer to gain access to the drawer, but if done neatly that could be cool.
