SYS 4 TL-SORT/3 in North America?

I bought one that was in stock at my local Festool supplier in So Cal and I have seen them online, so yes they're here.

For Canada, try Lee Valley.  FestoolProducts.com has them in the USA.

Got mine day before yesterday from Amazon

I've got one coming to my Woodcraft (they are doing a big order to support the upcoming Road Show).  I'm going to use it on my Sys-Roll with an MFT-SYS on top, and put the qwas and Parf dog assortment in one drawer, Festool clamps and clamping elements in another, and the Seneca adapters with Vise Grip clamps in the 3rd.  I'll move it as needed beside the assembly table or the 2 MFT's I have set up together.  Seems like I'm always having to move clutter from one place to another on the tops or table, and then move it back again depending on what I'm doing.  Or I have to go look for something that is in a different place.  Don't know about you guys and gals, but it seems like i spend a lot of time 'looking for stuff' rather than working.  This should help, I think.

its a great hand tool organizer

Thanks Rob, but unfortunately it doesn't appear that Lee Valley actually carries them. I've gone in and the staff were unable to find these particular systainers in their system. I guess I'll have to try to order them online.

Thanks for everyone's comments.

Atlas Machinery on Queen E in Toronto has had the Tanos version in stock for some time now, you should check them out.

A great resource here in western Canada aside from Lee Valley is Felder Machinery (Winnipeg, Calgary and Nanaimo). They have become my go to source here in Calgary on all things Festool (as they have great stocking levels) as well as systainers either Tanos or Festool...
