This is my new way of having some of my service tools handy without getting everything out of the systainer.  [smile]

Yes, see the second pic. I have these for different tool sets and combine them regarding to the job.

Hi,

  Welcome to the forum!  [smile]

Great first topic! Do you have additional inserts that you could show?

Seth

Very clever, this approach makes a lot of sense. You could even swap out different inserts depending upon the expected tasks.  [thumbs up]

Very well done. Much attention to details, and the inserts look as good inside the Systainer as they do outside of it.... [not worthy]

Very Nice, I have a couple of systainers I'm looking to do this too, thanks!
Has anyone used the Kaizen Foam in a similar fashion? Ive seen the foam used as like a tray for items and about 3-5 layers in a sys! I will try to find that pic.

Wonderful. I've been thinking of doing something similar, but not as cleverly. The system of slices for different tasks is brilliant. I never would have thought of it.

To tell you the truth, I made an elaborate Kaizen Foam insert for my Bosch 12V drill and impact driver, and ended up throwing the thing away. I ended up usinga  SYS 1 Box that has all the little plastic containers with the foam top removed and a little piece of Kaizen Foam double-stick taped into the corner to keep everything in a little container I use for a few odd screws. (This one: Systainer with inserts) It's worked brilliantly for me.

I was kinda bummed, at first glance of your second pic I thought you figured out away to get four cold ones in a small space. Then I saw it was your chisels [unsure]. Still a great job! (even thought a brew or two would be nice.) B
