Made these bit holders for my toolbox. Makes use of some dead space and a convenient location for bits.

I used pieces of PVC. About 3/8" thick and a 1/2" wide.  Mark and drill 9/32" holes through , then super glue in place. You can also use the outer two holes for 2" bits as long as they are the reduced shaft type. After the holder is glued in drill a smaller diameter hole through the bottom Systainer plastic. Make sure it is centered. Can't do it for all the holes because the cantilever mechanism gets in the way.

Slick...as soon as you open the box, they're up front & center. Now the GRK's finally have a permanent home.  [cool]

Seth,
Love the idea!  Will have to add that to my toolbox.

Regards,
Gerald

The toolbox is my grab and go for my own household repairs and minor tasks at customers places. Things that don't require the full kit. As such it has basic tools including a quick change screwdriver. Hence a variety of handy bits.

Great idea.  I'll borrow it!

Agree - the cantilevered design is a great go-to for repairs and simple projects around the house.
