Syslite cord connection loose

Has anyone else had a problem with the cord connection on their Syslite? Mine is in the second year of its warranty and no longer charges reliably. Sometimes the green light goes on sometimes not.  If I fool with the cord plug it will often work but this is no way to charge a tool.

I emailed Festool on this last month but they never responded.

On mine the charging plug is also a bit loose and i have to check when it is charging if it really charges.
Always been that way. The charger is stamped "made in china" so i didn't look further.

Festool did just get back to me after my most recent email. My mistake was probably sending ti to "Warranty" instead of "Repairs".  I am sending it in.
