Sysport carcus?

Are there any elements that are important to you?  Like appearance, durability, cost, ease of construction, joinery, finish???  As I mentioned in yesterday's thread, I used melamine.  The Sysport I built lives in my home workshop, and seldom gets moved around.  I chose melamine because it is reasonably priced, easy to buy and transport, decent looking, pre-finished on both sides, finished front edge, pre-cut to 16" depth, durable enough for my situation.

ps - It's a carcass or carcase.

All great points. Spelling has never been a highlight of my skill set ;).

It will live in my shop. Might get a coat of paint. Will be on wheels but not move often, so it will be of the ground in my heat to use WI shop. Appearance not a big deal. Like BB ply, but would like to save the green on a lesser sheet good.

Mine lives only in the shop (in my basement) and has casters as well.  I built mine from particle core melamine and have not experienced any problems after almost 3 years.

I used particle core melamine and it's held up fine for years. Drawers were made from Baltic Birch 1/2 ply.
