I can't believe I am posting this... but frustration has gotten to me.

I just received my first Systainer and need to rearrange the sliders to accomodate my systainers.  No big deal.

I slid out the sliding shelf unit.. but can not for the life of me get the part of the glider that is attached to the sides of the Sysport to come off.    The instructions seem clear enough.... you pull out (away from the casing) and then up and then re-attach where you need it.

HOWEVER.. I can not get if off!

What am I missing?

Thanks
George

I had trouble with my first attempt to remove these shelves too.  It took a good whack with my hand to dislodge them the first time.  I would even suggest putting on gloves for the occasion.

Yep me to then once it happens then it seems so easy. Just fuss with it and bang on it then kick it then through it against the wall then it will be easier! :)

George, once you get the first one out and look at the way the clips fit in the holes it will easy from that point on.

Tilt the rail out at the top while smacking it upward from the bottom so the top of the clips can clear the holes. Wedging a screwdriver at the top can make it easier, but be careful to wedge it lightly so that you don't bend the clips.
