My completely new Systainer have some very ugly black coating/powder which very hard to remove.
This Systainer never seen any job site construction.
Any thoughts?

I have some systainers with the same, I think mine is oils from hardwood sawdust

Please contact your dealer or our service department if you received a tool or systainer in less than perfect condition. I'm sure they will assist in getting it resolved to your satisfaction. Sorry for the issue and inconvenience. For what it's worth, it's not something I'm aware of or have seen before.

Try a Mr. Clean eraser. They work wonders on systainers.

EDIT:
Incidentally, I don't think I know the bearded one...
