All of the accessories and bits I've added to my K4 pocket hole jig have turned fitting them into the standard case into a game of Tetris, so I'm looking to systainerize the kit.  I'm sure others have done this, and so I just wanted to solicit pictures/examples to get some ideas off which to springboard.

I haven't Systainerized mine ( I know hard to believe) but ............. not sure what size Sys you need maybe add a Sys-MFT top to it for use as a portable Kreg work station?  Give you a place to clamp / set up the jig without using your main MFT space.  I am thinking Sys Kombi -II. Put all the parts you might need  during use in the drawer so you can still get them out while the jig is set up.

I used kaizen foam to put it all in a Sys-1 along with the shelf pin set. I'll post up a photo when I get home from work. The suggestion of an MFT top is quite clever.

Pics as promised. I have the jig and the shelf pin system in a single systainer (sys-1) along with its custom label  [tongue]

A sys-mft would be a dandy case for the jig and accessories. It's a great workstation for using the jig.

My jig actually lives in a re-purposed DeWalt case, and my collection of Kreg and FT clamps lives in the sys

It's not the K4 set, but this is how I store my set.

Here's mine,  i went with a double layer set up
I really like having all the different screws with me when i bring this into the jobsite..
Disclaimer; i realize that my kreg jig is antiquated but ive had a foreman for at least 10 years and haven't really found a need to replace it
