I've had the T15 for two months and have charged each battery maybe three times. Yesterday after one of the batteries died, it would no longer charge. (i.e. blinking red light)  I sat on hold for ten minutes to Festool repair and then called back and left a message asking for a return call, which I didn't get.  Booo!
I have : Trion jigsaw, Kapex, MFT, Domino, fifteen systainer/sortainers and an Installers level (which came with a defective vial light- still haven't got a replacement)

Sorry to hear about your problem. Although I'm pretty sure you are in the USA, it's always best to state your location with posts like this, and then we'll know who you've been dealing with, eg Festool USA, Festool UK, Festool Sweden etc! If you click on "Profile" at the top of the page, and then choose "Forum Profile Information", you'll be able to record your location and it will show up on every post.

I'm sure someone will contact you before long and will sort out your battery

Festool may have closed early Friday because of the sever snow storm.
They will take care of the problem. Give them a call next week.

You won't have a problem long. You can bet Festool is already on it and won't stop until you are totaly satisfied. This company will blow your mind with it's positive business practices!!

Sorry to hear about the problem, I know how frustrating it can be to have a problem with a new tool. If you're in the US, I have all the confidence in the world you will be taken care of first thing Monday. The only thing that comes to mind that you could try (and maybe you already have) is letting the cool down and try charging it again. Good luck and let us know how this plays out.
