Hey All,

I am looking in to having a full set of these made up and was wondering if anyone would be interested in having some made as well.  I was thinking of having them possibly color coded (Drills, Routers, Sanders, Accessories, Etc.)  I was thinking of possibly even adding my Logo instead of the Festool logo (not sure on legal issues with Festool)  The Badges are made with a high quality vinyl and have high strength adhesive back.  The ones pictured also have a domed coating to prevent scratching.  If anyone is interested please let me know and I can get some prices.

Jim

Festool also uses this kind of design on the Systainer knobs with the 2015 machines with 5.2 Ah batteries.
You can also look at the FOG guy that makes knob labels on his 3D printer.

I have purchased replacement T-lock latch inserts from Ben and he's been excellent to deal with and they make finding tools SO much easier than the labels I have used in the past among a sea of sustainers.  Highly recommend them!

I will chime in also with another vote for Ben!!!  He has been outstanding to work with...

I have an issue though with my latch inserts, this being self inflicted.....  Whilst putting the inserts into the latches, I flexed several of them, something that should be avoided!  As a result, over a period of time, I lost one letter from four different inserts.  I found 3 and glued them back on, the 4th letter is AWOL.  Can I have a K Pat?  I am considering running a thin coat of supper glue along several places on each letter just to assure to some degree those that I've compromised, the letter will not fall off.

Earlier today, I took each systainer with the inserts from Ben, removed each insert and cut off the little tabs that help them stay in place, the tabs provide kinda a friction fit.  I found quite a few inserts came loose very, very easily.  I cut of the little tabs with my pocket knife, and then re-adhered each insert to the latch with hot glue.  Ben does advise to adhere with super glue or hot glue!

I have more inserts to order from Ben, and will adhere those with hot glue from the get go, after I remove the tabs.  No tabs, no flexing by Gary. No,issues!!!
