T-LOC Inserts for Cadex and Grex Nailers (US)

Will the inserts hold the 23 and 21 gauge guns?

[member=4105]tjbnwi[/member], we have listed on the website the compatibility, as noted below. Other guns may also fit with slight modification to the foam. If you have a different model and are still interested, email us at info@toolnut.com and we can tell you whether it will work with some cuts to the foam.

Fits Grex P635, P650 and P650L. Designed for use with Festool T-LOC Systainer SYS 1. We recommend also purchasing the Festool foam insert (498044) for the Systainer lid to keep everything in place during transport.

Anyone else filled up a Sys2 with boxes of pins? I had a very squeaky voice after lifting it  [embarassed]

I have a sys 1 with a 18ga nailer & several boxes of brads in it. It is to heavy as it is. I would not try to fill a sys with brads.
I have a sys 4 with a 15ga nailer and boxes of nails in it. It is lighter than the sys 1.

Sent an Email to Toolnut yesterday to see if I can fit my Cadex CPB23.35?  I know that is a popular model but the number may have changed since I bought mine. Will post when I get a response.  Hopefully, save someone else the time.

Ok, Toolnut Customer Service followed up on this for me.

"For the Cadex CPB23.35 it should be the INSERT-CPB."

"Ok, just heard back from Cadex. The insert I suggested is the closest one to fit your gun. They stated you might have to make some very slight cuts or changes to make it 100%.
Hope this helps.  Doug"

Perhaps.  [big grin]
It won't fit if the new depth stop is attached.
I took mine off anyway.  A $25 experiment that at least ended better than your average tinder date.

Here's the Omer in the insert that comes with the new Cadex in systainer models.
Because of the quick release for the top plate thingy on the nose,
it's in there crooked...half in, half out.  Safety is pushed back for it to fit.  No big deal, I'll notch it out when I get to it.
