Guys I'm interested in the new storage box wondering if my t12 charger would fit giving me room for all drill bits etc in the trays anyone done this?

Andy,

Do you mean the cantilever-type box?

I've just checked, and the older TRC3 charger won't fit in, it's about 8-10mm too wide.

The new slimline charger however will fit, in either the top or bottom sections:

My charger is hard-wired into my drill box, so I can't shut either section completely because of the cable, but I think they will both shut with the charger in - the raised ribs that guide the battery in are the highest point on the charger, and they might just touch the lid. If they do, it should flex enough to not worry about.

Not sure why you'd want to put the charger & bits in there though - the drill won't fit in it, so you'd need an additional sys of some kind to put that in...

I thought I might have got all of it drill batteries etc in.
Not to worry I'll have to stick to 2 separate sys for now.
Thanks for checking [thanks]

The newest round of drills (T 15 & T 18 plus TI 15) come in a SYS 2 with one green and one yellow plastic compartments from a SYS Box for extra storage. The SYS 2 even has the lid modified to seal those compartments. Other SYS Box compartments can also be used.

Any idea about the C series drills? Specifically the C15?

I haven't heard anything about them other than that the C 12 is no more... Though, I do have one left.
