You have secured the fence to the sliding table. Don't do that. Connect the fence on the edge of the table itself.

Looks like you have to align the sliding table itself too.

put the fence on the right side and adjust the sliding table to be parralel to the balde

Thanks to all friends for your help, I had to adjust the sliding table and resulted. It took me a little because I had to unscrew the four screws.
