Well now...not sure what to write...bit taken aback...you've been such an inspiring presence on FOG since I first found out about it...will leave a bit of a 'hole' that might take a while to 'filled' by others - if they can.  [scared]   
First off, congratulations on your move, and, congratulations to Tool Nut for 'getting' you.  [big grin]
Thank you for all you've done: in particular, the considerate manner that you've dealt with occasional 'challenging' threads and posts.  Also, the sheer energy that you have put into helping people - wherever they live in the world; and so often, giving the impression of being available 24/7. 
On top of all that - running the FOG site so efficiently.

Shane and the FOG are kind of one "thing" to me ... it's going to take a little effort to pull them apart in my head.

This is quite a surprise to wake up to!!!  I'm very sad as a user of the FOG and Festool goodies to see you go.  [sad]  Your professionalism and end-user support will be sorely missed by this user community.  As others have noted, you're going to be a very hard act to follow.  The best of luck in your new situation, Shane.

Your work to help make this forum what it is today is greatly appreciated. I'll bet a few tears will be shed at Festool on your last day. Tool Nut is a great company and surely will benefit with you joining their team. Congratulations and good luck with this new endeavor.
