First I would like to thank those of you who have purchased some of my "Festool enhancers." I appreciate your support!
One of the problems that have plagued me from the start was how to deal with the various +/- 20mm hole sizes on the different MFT's. In the past I had been custom machining dogs to fit each customer's table. It wasn't very efficient from a time standpoint but I felt necessary to ensure a snug-fit, especially when the dogs are used with a fence.
After many failed attempts I think I have come up with a satisfactory solution. These dogs have a range of .750" to .800"+ and are easily adjusted by a turn of the bottom knob.

It may not be clear in the picture but the right dog has a .250" thru-hole for mounting jigs etc.
I need to work out a few small issues before they will be ready but I think these will work great and will be extremely convenient for those you are lucky enough to have 2 tables with slightly different hole sizes. Also, if you are building your own version of the MFT, the search for the perfect 20mm bit may not be as important.

A website will be coming but for now you can email me at:
