I just wanted to post a note of thanks to Festool's USA division for their years of great direct-sales service. Before I began buying from an ISA (you know who you are!) I spent several thousands of dollars buying directly from Festool's California operation. Every sale went flawlessly, as did post-sale service. As of 1st April, Festool no longer sells direct to US consumers, but it was great while it lasted. This is not meant to take anything away from the fine ISAs out there, just expressing some appreciation and giving credit where credit is due.
