I went to the States for my first time back in 2010 at Christmas stayed at Disney Orlando.

I was looking forward to trying all these huge steaks and burgers we see on tv over here that you guys eat. I get out there and wasn't impressed. The dogs in Disney were $6 and about 2" long lol.

Hopefully my next visit I will find the real American food [emoji3]

Disney is not a good example of USA junk food. You need some good local or home cooked stuff. Give me a ring next trip...

Yeah no don't worry I didn't think it was. To be honest most of the time we didn't eat in Disney. We drove to international drive every night and used dennys and all the buffet places. The best place we ate was the olive gardens. Saw a red lobster but didn't try that

Disney and other tourist places do that. In the states I live near Disneyland in Anahiem. All us locals bring our own food or go outside the park to eat. We don't eat in the park the food is bad and very pricey

Yeah we planned it well bought the big thick guide book on Disney and universal . We or should I say I made the family sandwiches everyday before we went in.

Yeah I'd like to. We decided other Christmas that we want to pack up and move from London down to the coast so it's gonna be another hectic year I'm guessing. Hopefully we'll still be here when your bbq is on so less distance to travel
