Three piece crown

Put some Crown in 4 bedrooms at customers home on second floor old plaster and very wavy. Was a challenge but turned out well.

          

             

           

Some pictures of work. I sometimes add too the sawdust catcher to help control mess. Crown was very difficult to scribe had to use jigsaw and ras sander. Worked well once I got the hang of it.

Used 3 1/2 " crown , inverted base and base cap molding.

Looks good !  Great design. And yep hanging out window ! 
Had one I did on the 5th floor of a condo and had to set up in room opened door out to balcony and hung it over balcony at bit  whatever it takes !
