Every time I use my TI15, I appreciate it as an impact driver even more. I seldom use it as a drill as I have other Festool drills, but it is a more than decent drill.

With that said, I cannot understand why Festool has not brought out an 18V version of the TI15 or, at least, an 18v pure impact driver.

I'd love to go to all 18v Festool products except for my CSX.

You're not alone Birdhunter. I think a lot of people are waiting for Festool's second attempt at an impact driver.

im so in for a light weight, small footprinted body, 18v impact driver! + T18 +CXS and im set for life [big grin]

Even though my PDC is not impact, I can't live without it. Compact and powerful as all get out!

I gave my Milwaukee impacts to my 2 brothers... Win, win, WIN.

Cheers. Bryan.

I'd be surprised if Festool isn't working on an 18v (pure) impact.  It just seems like too big of a hole in the lineup not to have one.

I'm hoping for an impact adapter chuck for the T18 like Bosch did for their new multi-chuck drill.

Bosch actually doesn't have an impact adapter for it, only an SDS adapter...though I'm not sure why. Impact adapters have been available on the market for quite some time.
