577227 is a UK-exclusive variant, likely a SKU variant to account for the fact that the -Plus versions have a charger with a different cord end than other regions.

Actually, it happens quite a bit. All of the 110v tools, that are not North America specific, are UK only, for the same reason. Even the cordless ones fall into that, because of the chargers.
