Thanks for the info.

I used to use a PC 690 as my work horse for non table routing, untill I got the 1010.

Now I have to buy new 1/4 / 8mm shank  router bits as most of mine are 1/2 shank.

I perfer the bigger shank in most situations.

How did you know where to place the trammel point to draw then route the cool design?
I also assume that it needed to be routed in a specific order. VERY COOL.
