Titles under pictures

Now that I have mastered posting pics how do I
put text under them or am I stuck with a stack of pictures

Looks to me as if you're attaching them just fine.  If you don't do anything else, the pics end up at the end of the post, as you have seen.

To control where the pics go, first attach them just the way you have.  Then, in your text, go to the pulldown menu above the smilies and choose Attached Image as Thumbnail.  That'll insert some mumbo jumbo in your text.  Go ahead and add text after it if you want, maybe some blank lines.

If you do this, the first pic you attached will show up where you put the first Attached Image as Thumbnail, and the second pic for the next.

Why not try modifying the Trammel post to try it out?  Clicking the Modify button above your own post puts you back in the editor.

Bob,

On the edit screen, in the Insert Inline image drop down (blue arrow) select Attach image as Thumbnail.

That will put in the tag (inside square brackets - see red arrows) select the photo number you want and replace the # with the number of your attachment 1-5. at the end of the square bracket line, just hit return to go to the next line & type. When your ready for the next photo, hit return at the end of your text line and select attach image from the insert inline image drop down again etc, etc.

You don't have to modify the tags.  If you don't replace the #, the pics are displayed in the order they're attached.
