TKS 80 Blade height

Today my saw stop was activated, I replaced the cartridge and all is well except the blade will not wind up to the maxim 80mm
Does anyone have experience of this or knows how to fix it? The blade does wind up, but only about 20mm.
Any help appreciated.

On the face of this it looks to be an odd request. I don't suspect that many of you will have experienced the Saw Stop activation and I hope you don't, hence the lack of replies. What I failed to  do when replacing the blade and cartridge was forcibly wind down the blade (there is a lot of resistance). Anyhow it's fixed now. Many thanks to all the readers.

Thank you for posting this. I just received my TKS 80 back from repair today after a change of the on/off box and upon receipt the blade height adjustment was completely stuck. I must have spend at least an hour looking through manuals and trying to locate if there should be some sort of transport protection enabled, like when I first received the saw. Your post about the blade just sticking up 2cm tricked me to try and just apply brute force and it worked. At first there was a loud pop (I though to myself - great job, now I broke the saw [eek]) but then the height adjustment was free and now everything is working as expected. So thank you for enabling me to enjoy my saw here during Easter.
