TKS 80 issues

Hello everyone.
Well, I finally bought the TKS 80 EBS SET!
I've been thinking about it for a while, and finally made up my mind.
After spending a lot of time watching assembly videos, and reading instructions, I finally managed to assemble all the accessories.
I confess it wasn't easy, because there are many parts and everything has to be well aligned.
The one that gave me the most work was the Guide extension VL TKS 80.
And it's still not quite assembled.
But it seems to me that it's the guide extension itself that has some factory defect.
Well, for one thing, the joining of the TKS itself to the guide extension never gets perfect, no matter how many adjustments I make.
And for example, when I try to insert the LA stopper onto the guide extension, it's very, very difficult.
I got to the point where I almost gave up, because it's too tight.
I unscrewed everything, and even then I have to push very hard.
And after I manage to insert it, I also have to push very hard to move the Stopper on the guide extension.
Shouldn't it be more fluid?
This only happens on the guide extension, on the TKS itself it slides fine.
And when I slide between the TKS and the guide extension, of course I also have to push hard and shake the stopper well to get it from one side to the other.
I think the problem is in the guide extension rail, where the stopper slides.
The rail seems a little bulkier at the bottom, which makes it impossible for the stopper to slide more fluidly.
I've seriously considered sanding this area down... something I shouldn't have to do on an expensive product, and from Festool.
This should not happen.

So, after a long time, I came to the conclusion that the problem is really with the guide extension, because on the TKS 80 itself, the stopper slides fine.

Another thing is that I don't understand why I would need the stopper clamping lever, the one on the left of the knob (it's not the one used to hold the stopper in the rear, it's the other one).
The manual is not very explicit.
Even if I leave this clamping lever open, I have some difficulty in sliding the stopper.
If I close it, then the stopper gets really stuck.
In the stopper manual, it's 1-4.

This is the first one I'm working with a table saw, but shouldn't the extraction be more efficient?
I have a MIDI CTL connected to the TKS 80, with the Y-tube, and still there is always sawdust and dust in the air.
Is that normal?
I'm cutting mainly plywood.

The guide extension problem is really frustrating.

Anyone having these problems?
What would you advise?

I would advise that you get in contact with your dealer and also Festool in your country.  This is a flagship release for them and I would imagine that they would be more than willing to help you sort this out.  Certainly do not sand your machine or any parts.  If you have had it less than the return window you can also certainly consider a return or exchange.  Another reason to speak with your dealer.

Thanks, I will do just that, because I bought it less than 1 month ago.
It was from an online shop in another country, I'll see what they say about this.
Regarding the extraction, the problem was that the extractor bag was almost full.
I changed the bag and the extraction is now much better.

Now I have another "problem", which is in relation to the angular stop.
I wasn't managing to make 90 degree cuts and I've been calibrating it, according to the instructions.
I checked it with a set square and now it is perfectly aligned with the rip fence and the blade.
However, I still can't make 90 degree cuts.
Although it is very tight, there is always some small play when I go to handle it to cut a piece, even if I am very careful so that it doesn't happen.
It is almost impossible that there is no play, since one hand holds the piece while the other hand pushes the angular stop.
Does anyone have this problem?

That stopper is to operate the fine adjust:
Tighten that stopper, then release the clamping lever for the other side and the knob for this side, fine tune with the fine adjust knob on the left side (and the scale in the window at the top), afterwards re-tighten both clamping knob and lever.

With respect to aligning the guide extension VL to the TKS80, I had similar issues. I solved by purchasing the Kapex crown stops these use the same profile and I used to clamp the extension to the TKS80. Once clamped I could adjust supports and grub screws to suite.
