On machines there is hardly any difference between Holland/England/Germany. As Alex mentioned it's only €5-10.
But in England there are differences on accesoires between 20-37% (due to Pound-Euro conversion).
For example the Centrotec Fasfix DD-DC plasterboard head costs in England only €71 and in Holland €102 (-30%).
But you have to order some extra parts otherwise the shipping costs will kill you. They can vary between €15-25.
If I do order from England 4 times a year from different shops and at least 10 parts, on total costs I can save 25% and that drops due to the shipping costs to 15-20%. But hey 20% of €400 is still €80. And on accesoires there is normally no hassle with warranty and sending back when there is a problem.
Here are some usefull links, especially Festool accesoires and of course other things:
Axminster (best web-site and service for woodworker in Europe, no cheap Festool)
Miles Tool & Machinery (lots of cheap Festool acc.)
Power Tool World (lots of cheap Festool acc.)
Rutlands (watch offers)
In 2009 I bought a Worksharp 3000 from Rutlands at €200 (now it's €237). In Holland this costs €282. That's 29% cheaper.
At the end of 2010 I ordered the latest Centrotec 2010 set at Axminster for only €267 because it was a special offer (now it's €326).
In Holland this set costs €427. That's 37% cheaper. Shipping was only €15.
Thus always watch the special offers from these shops, then it's getting really cheap.
