"Tool Problems" sub-forum can't be marked as read

Forgive me if this has been mentioned before, but for some time the "Tool Problems" subforum always appears on my computer as if it has new/unread posts (it has the red plus sign), even when I've opened up the forum and I know for certain there haven't been any new posts.
