I got a set of spring miter clamp about 6 months ago and i just don't know why i did not get it sooner.
I do a lot of prefinished crown/trim molding and i have to say that those clamps are a MUST!
I used to fight those joints, especialy when it is up to the ceilling. With prefinished you need to be as perfect as possible.
But ever since i got that set,it's been a joy. It's to the point that i almost don't need to nail the joints.I just apply some glue and those clamps puts a lots of pressure on the joint.Of course i still put a couple pins but i get perfect joints everytime.
Or could it be because of the Kapex? [laughing]
Any of you have those clamps? How do you use it?And how do you like it?
