Could someone please tell me the size of the Torx screw (I am assuming it's a Torx) that holds down the plastic splinter-guard on the Kapex.  Also, does anyone use something other than wood for their home-made splinter-guard? Thanks.

I assume you mean for the zero clearance insert on the table.

According to ekat, it is a M4x10 screw.  I don't have the kapex in front of me to actually look at the drive style.

Hope this helps.

Didn't you get a Toolie from me?  Can't remember who got what!  [eek]
Pretty sure the tool you need is included.

UPDATE: OOPS... you're looking for the screw itself. My Bad! [embarassed]

Cheers,

Frank

Yes, guys, I want to pick up the screwdriver to make a zero clearance insert...sorry, that I wasn't more clear. ...and, no Frank, I didn't get a Toolie from you. your stuff sold out too quickly for me. You must be thinking that I am the one who's going to win your garage door contest. [wink]
