tracking system for DOMINO and not only

Seeing that you are in Russia and written english is not maybe possible, it would be nice to have a little bit more guidance as to how it works and what tasks it helps achieve.  Maybe a video might help with that, or is that possible?  [smile]

I've tinkered myself with how to have some kind of Domino jig that allows for precise and easy alignment in non edge applications, often thinking of somehow implementing their LR32 holed guide rails and its correcponding LR32 plate and/or the parrallel guides, but never actually got as far as a prototype before my brain would cramp me into submission. [wink]

What i think it does is help making slots in the middle of panels, it seems like you can reference from the upper or lower edge, and also from a previous row of slots. Thats what the domino sticking out seems to be for
 
Even if you write in Russian, we can use google translate to understand it.

Yes, you're right. but still have the option of milling, not only the horizontal grooves and vertical, for the bolted lugs authenticity that I now finalized and will demonstrate.
before doing so ..
 
I'm honestly confused between the two sets of pictures - I don't understand how they relate.

This is not a criticism, just a query ... I've seen Rembo's work and although it's far more ornate than I'd ever attempt to tackle, I certainly appreciate the workmanship displayed.

Inventive jigs! Anything that you can do to  demonstrate  the use and construction of the jigs would be greatly appreciated.

Sweet!  That's a real production rig!  It's basically a super fancy, reusable story board isn't it?  I'm afraid I'll have to keep on using crude throwaway story boards because I'd never get all those slots and wing nuts right.  But I'd certainly be tempted to buy something like that.

i miseed that post or posts too , so if confused too. anyway i doubt it was anything but positive. that is one complicated looking jig. im sure its simple when you know how it works. i cant wait for more of your creations and for the video.

Only post I saw was poking fun at the complexity of the jig but it was obvious they didn't understand all what it is capable of. PLEASE don't let one person disused you from participating here. You are obviously very creative and talented and I would love to learn from you. As most of us here are from the US or Britain, it is really refreshing and interesting to see what our members from other countries do with their Festools.

I just thought ..
You can avoid such a large number of bolts, making the sliders in one piece with a cutout under the Thickness of tooth screwed to the base.
 
Rembo, I never seen the deleted posts either or who they were from but I can assure you, 99% of members here are really impressed with your creations & your workmanship.  I must admit I don't fully understand that jig but I think that is my fault & not yours.  I too would like to see a video of this jig in operation.
Keep your posts coming, they are a breath of fresh air here as your sort of talent does not come along very often.
