Tracksaw TS55EQ

I've not done it myself, but I think it's possible. It's only 2.5mm bigger all round & there's enough space in the housing. That's assuming it's got a 20mm bore, of course.

My question is, why would you want to? Unless you already have a stock of 165mm blades, just buy the right blades - most blade mfr's make a version for the TS55.
 
Per the instruction manual, only use blades with 160mm diameter and 20mm diameter arbor hole.
 
The reason I'm asking is that I some times I could do with a thinner cut
I have found  a 165 / 20 bore and 1.5 cut
Just wondering
 
I guess you'll need to open the housing and see how much spare space you have around standard blade.
