I've got Rockwells incarnation of that.  For a few bucks more you can get the Rockwell that comes with a crank height micro adjust if you want to use it for outfeed/infeed.  It's not necessary, just a nice to have feature when I need to quickly set up additional support around the router table, miter saw or table saw.  And folded it takes very little floor space.
