Are the kerfs for these saws supposed to be the same?

I've had a TS 55 for awhile, and my rail strips have been trimmed to them.  I used a TS 75 on one of my rails recently, and it took off more of the rail strip.

Is there a way to "calibrate" them so I don't have to change rail strips between the saws, or am I out of luck in regards to that?

There is a supplemental manual floating around that explains how to line them up, I'll see if I can dig it up or maybe someone else can chime in.

I did this the other day as I've just changed all my rail strips. My 75 was taking more off than the 55 as in your case so i needed to calibrate it. I've never got on with setting the toe in with a piece of paper and originally set it by trial and error until I had the best cut -so I knew the toe in was set up OK. Before any changes I measured the difference to obtain the toe in with vernier calipers. Mine was 1.1mm. I simply touched the front teeth to the strip and set the toe in with this reference. The calibration seems to be perfect.
