TS 75 - Undo the blade cover

Can’t remember seeing this has been brought up.
Given now that I have HKC, TS 75 and the brand new TS 55 F - I wanted to calibrate the TS 75 and the new TS 55 to the kerf line of my rails, HOPEFYLLY that the TS’ would match the trail that the HKC had left..

Surely, and pleasantly the new TS 55 F matched without loosening a screw. (Man, this is so much nicer in almost all aspects compared to my old TS 75..)

The TS 75 I suspected was maybe somewhat off. Oh yes, in every manner..
But, when checking the blade for 90° for the surface, I noticed it was a bit out. My first check was fully plunged and measured from the underside of a straight board. It looked close..

But when I checked with the 100mm Starret square from above in reference from the same board but on top it looked like it was even more out. So I took a larger square - and then it looked perfect 90° to the surface (All the time the saws was sitting on the rail on top of a flat board to make a real cutting situation) Then I noticed the light trough, and the brand new Festool blade was concave when mounted, I didn’t expect that. Any who have experienced the same, with other saws too?

It may sound dumb, but did you try taking off and checking the other side? Maybe it's not concave but hour-glass?

I did eyeball it, thought I’d check tomorrow. Did a remount, and the same.
Blade had just been sitting in its impeccable original packaging.. I checked the flanges, they appeared to be good.

Great saw but they seem to have some run out?

Would like a fix myself.  Maybe a stabilizing washer set?

I’ve checked again. The blade is flat until the moment I do the last tightening of the arbor nut.
It’s visible how the blade is pulled against the back fange/washer.

HKC does not have this, and as far as I can see not the TS 55 either.
Could it be pre-tensioning since the TS 75 has a larger and thicker blade? The slight tension could lead to less wobble as the blade spins and stretch out. That TS 75 also has a much lower speed range: 1350 - 4400 rpm.
