Hi, I'm cutting 100mm x 21mm teak.
Table set up as usual, straight edge set and checked with right angle, saw set to 45 deg.
I'm finding a tiny bit of variance in the accuracy of the cuts, I think it may be as the saw works harder and maybe twists slightly causing a variance, i've tried to be steady and slow. I need the accuracy as i'm doing 4 mitres to form a frame or open ended box (not a flat frame, if that makes sense!).
I've got my stock clamped down, i'm using two pieces of same stock either side under the guide rail to create stability.
My blade could probably do with a sharpen but it doesn't seem to struggle or burn too much, just a normal amount.
I'm about to try and do several shallow cuts to see if that works but thought I would throw this out there to see if the more experienced can give me some tips.
