TS55 EQ - Initial Setup?

After much deliberation I've finally bought myself a brand new TS55 - and I love it! Don't know why I waited so long.

I made one quick test cut and I noticed that the blade was cutting at a slight angle (i.e. off true 90 degrees).

I looked in the manual but there's nothing on Initial Setup. Anyone out there have some ideas what should be done before the use to ensure that the blade is true etc.?

You'll notice in Rick's manual that there are two adjustment screws on the base to make the cut perpendicular. Notice also there's a separate adustment for 45 degree cuts and one more for toe-in.
