Jig to cut a channel 1 3/4" x 3/4" x 36"  for automatic door bottom seal.
I just have a 1010 router so it is hard to find a bit that will plunge cut to 1 3/4" deep
This was my solution.. Just 3-4 passes and a sharp chisel ..
Very easy to handle with the door in this position..

It looks like he used a screw with a nut that fits in the bottom of the base, take a look (if you got a TS55) and you'll find the slots. The screw is probably fitted to the base, then the jig fitted with the two nobs. I might be wrong.

Damn it I knew there was something I meant to check today when I was using my ts55. Have to remember to have a look next time
