I bought my first Festool tool in February of 2018. It is a TS55 track saw. I am a hobby cabinet maker. The saw got some decent use on weekends etc building a couple full kitchens.
Last Sunday my saw died. Smoke out of the motor and I am in the middle of a Xmas delivery reno for a buddy.
I called Festool support Monday am and by Tuesday a new saw no questions asked was on route. Saw was delivered Thursday. I bought the saw on Amazon US and I am a Canadian that lives on the Michigan border. There were literally zero issues with Festool replacing my saw. I have never in my 49 years seen such backing and support from a company. I got to give credit where credit is due and Festool you have a life long customer.
I currently own a DF500 as well and am very happy with it as well. More toys in my future. Thank you very much to Nathan and to Festool. Great tools and they delivered... Merry Xmas everyone.
