Hi there! So I just got my new TS75 today, and am looking forward to putting it through it's paces!

I am curious WHAT kinds of steel the TS75 steel cutting blade (495384) is suitable for? Specifically, I occasionally install stainless steel back splashes in kitchens, and am curious if I can use my TS75 to cut these panels? Steel thickness would be less than 1/16". Thanks!
Best,
Tom

That's pretty impressive  [eek]

Any idea what the 55 is rated to cut?

As far as I know, NO steel. Festool doesn't make that type of blade for the ts55. (This came up in a recent thread about cutting a steel plated door)

Dammit ... now I need a TS75 in case I ever want to cut 1/8 inch stainless ...  [big grin]
