TSC 55 setting blade depth help

Just setting up the saw...  I can't get green indicator to line up with the marks on the ruler sticker . 

Example: Trying to set the blade at 10mm. I can only get FS marker  to land on 9mm or 11mm. I tried the sprung loaded adjusting knob which is supposedly for very fine adjustments, but that doesn't seem to do anything noticeable. The knob doesn't seem to need the allen key?

I personally gave up on that depth marker system week one.

It is horrible at best IMO! Considering what a game changer the saw and system is in general I cant believe how lame that set up is.

I'm pretty sure that the detents are 1 mm apart, but I could be mistaken. I can't check physically right now.

The fine adjustment knob doesn't adjust the position of the green stop - it just changes how far down the saw can plunge. Lower the saw and you'll see where the motor/blade assembly contacts the fine adjustment knob. No tools required.
