I have lost so need to replace it.

I bet Hans at [member=61691]TSO_Products[/member] can probably get you the specs you need to find a replacement locally.

I’m surprised you’re willing to put up with the lag  [smile] …I’ve just given up as this simple reply has taken almost 5 minutes and that’s without posting a photo.

Contact the Axminster Parts department, they should be able to help you.
FYI, they're M6 threads.  if you use a normal bolt you'll not get the self centering plastic washer, and don't over tighten them!

Annoyingly I have just bought the TSO adapter, so could do with having that 4th screw.
