As It says, .. I realise its possibly a bit OT for here, but clearly some dealers here will be multi-Brand, and if not, the Uk Members will have the knowledge I need :)

I'm Looking to buy a Dewalt Table saw, and Battery router kit (already have the batteries)

Does anyone have current deals or know of current sales or a regular 'better prices' dealer they can suggest here in the UK, please?

Whilst my Local dealer is often very reasonable with prices of some items, they are totally uncompetitive, for the Items I needed, which is very frustrating, as I would much rather shop Locally, but cannot afford to support them at £20 plus per Item for instance. [crying]

I do appreciate Local or in this case Group suppliers have the Brick Based costs over solely internet-based businesses, but some can maintain the prices from Brick based stores too.

anyway, this isn't a Rant, but a cry for help on the Items above :)

Cheers...

When I'm online shopping its usually Google then lowest price first then I'll usually go for the one that does Paypal cos I just won't deal with any company that wants me to set up an account. Zero interest in having 20 passwords for masses of companies.

Oh, I generally avoid FFX nowadays cos they can't be trashed printing a reciept with my order, I have dick about and login to print out something to show my accountant.

Thanks...
Been there done that ;)

indeed that's my usual flow... but I've been (until yesterday) wholeheartedly disappointed with the google offerings and usual suspects to.. but Amazon seems to have gone from zero to hero, since I last checked  :D

Checking out the Amazon seller direct has revealed another £50 on the table too :D

I just figured the guys and gals here would have their own Special regular suppliers thats all.. :)

D&M usually is pretty good, not 100% sure but Toolfix used to sell Dewalt (I think) been a few years since I lived there. Oh Healys tools were good and ya might try Anglia tools to.
